Shipping Policy

Deliveries and pick-ups:

Our deliveries and pick-ups are available only on our company’s stipulated working days and time.

There will be no deliveries/pick-ups on weekends and public holidays. Deliveries and pick-ups are processed upon full successful verified payment(s).

After a payment is verified successfully, it may take up to 1-2 working days to prepare the order for delivery/pick-up. You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number (if any) and details of the shipping/courier company.

You can expect your delivery within an estimated 7 working days. Delivery time and date is dependent on shipping/courier company.


Unsuccessful Deliveries:

In the event a delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us by the shipping/courier company, we will contact you via email/telephone for reshipment options.

Reshipment will be charged accordingly. Kindly note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.


Shipping fees will be charged according to product’s dimensions and weight. A packaging fee may be imposed for pick-ups.

Tracking will be available within 24 hours when an order is shipped. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address. If the tracking information is not updated after 24 hours, kindly contact us for further assistance.

Product Availability:

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances where we may run out of stock of a particular item. Under such circumstances, your order will be cancelled and our customer service team will send a notification via contact details provided.

We reserve the right to cancel an order/pull any item off the page without prior notice.
